There's a couple of options here. > Half of LUMI is reserved for consortium countries and the rest for [EU member countries](https://europa.eu/european-union/about-eu/countries_en) + [Horizon2020](https://research-and-innovation.ec.europa.eu/funding/funding-opportunities/funding-programmes-and-open-calls/horizon-2020_en#what-was-horizon-2020) associated countries Note: The resources of LUMI will be allocated per investments - The shares of the LUMI consortium countries are allocated by local considerations and policies - The share of the EuroHPC JU (50%) will be allocated by a peer-review process (cf.
